The Killer Inside.

Kid Cudi finally brings us that short film that he announced a while ago with Shia LeBeouf helmed as the director. Its a 10 minute short inspired by Cudi’s Maniac track that’s pretty well done. I’m actually pleasantly surprised with Shia. Good job Stevens.

Time to Rage.

Kid Cudi‘s new music video for Mr. Rager, directed by Jeremie Rozan, premiered a short while back and its pretty interesting and very well shot. Its actually more of a short film than a music video. Check out Cudi’s alter ego in the music video below.

Chewing An Escape.

No words needed. Just watch. APERTURE SCIENCE FOR THE EFFING WIN. I still need to play Portal 2.

Fortressing That Team.

Mac ‘n’ Cheese is an animated short directed and created by four students at the Utrecht School of Arts in the Netherlands. The animation is directly inspired by the style and art direction of the video game, Team Fortress 2. It took the students about five months to make. Check out the very entertaining, but […]

They went to 11 countries, in 18 flights, 38 thousand miles and 44 days to bring us these absolutely beautiful short representations of these […]

Lots and Lots of Trains.

This may sound kind of cliche and overdone, but when you watch it, it will definitely feel like a new experience. The animation is done beautifully and the soundtrack is absolutely beautiful. […]

Devicing A Plot.

This short film is just essentially a giant advertisement for Red Giant’s Magic Bullet Suite 11, but it is a great advertisement. It is about an aspiring film maker who orders a book on film making and something called the “plot device”. Enjoy. Here’s a “Making Of” video: via SlashFilm

Should’ve Dual-Screened.

I’m a little late on this, but people have been raving about this short film made by J.W. Griffiths, who was the winner with this entry, for the Nokia Shorts Competition. This was entirely shot on Nokia N8 mobile smartphone and is absolutely beautiful. Its a simple, yet, very well done video about two perspectives […]
