Barbra Streisand.

HBO brings another promo video for the upcoming new season of How to Make it in America. This promo video is a remake of Duck Sauce‘s classic, Barbra Streisand, redone with the name of Luis Guzman from the show. There are some great cameos in this video just like the Barbra Streisand video. Season 2 premieres on October 2. Man, so many great season premieres on my birthday. WHEEEEEEEEEEE.

Next Level Detail.

I’m going to tell you something, but you are not going to believe me. Are you ready? You sure? Okay, fine. Wait, are you completely sure? Okay? Okay. THIS IS ALL CG.

Real-Life Superheroes.

Inspired by the idea of real-life superheroes and the actual heroes form 9/11, artist Ben Turnbull brought together a special collection of pieces for the 10 year anniversary of 9/11 called Supermen – An Exhibition of Heroes. The exhibit predominantly consists of pieces that are collages of comic book superheroes in the form of real-life superheroes. The exhibition runs from September 16, 2011 to October 22, 2011 at Eleven Fine Art in London.

Dumb Right Back.

Dumbfoundead dropped his new music video for the single, BRB, off his new album dropping on 11.1.11. The track was produced by Duke Westlake and features vocals by Andrew Garcia. The video features amazing visuals and very interesting looking characters put against this hypnotic beat and Dumb’s yoda flow. Dumbfoundead is really stepping up with his music video game. They keep getting better.

Wocka Flocka Frog.

Its been a while since we’ve seen a parody trailer by the amazing people behind the upcoming The Muppets movie, but here’s the latest one based on, you guessed it, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Its an amazing trailer yet again. Check out the trailer for The Pig with the Froggy Tattoo below.

*EDIT*
I decided to compile more The Muppets material into this post. First the official trailer, which I don’t think I’ve posted yet.

THEN THE OK GO REMAKE OF THE MUPPETS THEME SONG! WHEEEEE! FROM THE GREEN ALBUM!

Warning: Tears Imminent.

A team of directors, animators, and other creatives decided to gather interviews of family and friends of the victims of 9/11 (Man, that’s a lot of of’s) and create some beautiful animation to go along them. These were all created in time for the 10th anniversary of 9/11. I was going to post these yesterday, but I didn’t want it to get lost amongst all the other 9/11 posts that were bound to pop up because I really want people to watch these. Grab a tissue and watch.

Here’s also some photos from my favorite photo blog, The Big Picture, on their post commemorating the 10 year of 9/11.

I can’t believe its already been 10 years. As cliche as it is, I remember that day like it was yesterday. Its still crazy to me.

Insane Clown Posse.

I honestly don’t know what’s going on in this trailer or what the movie is about, but The Last Circus looks absolutely beautiful. I hate clowns. And knowing my masochistic tendencies of loving horror films when I scare myself all the time, I really want to watch this movie. Check out the crazy trailer below full of clown goodness.

Its That New New.

Okay so I don’t think this is really that new anymore, but some kid named FowL did his 2011 spin on the classic and one of my favorites of all time, Craig Mack’s Flava In Ya Ear. This kid can spit some fire though. Loving it. Maybe I’ll check out some more of his stuff. Later.. Ha.
