Mr. Goldwatch.

One of my favorite up and coming directors is Jason Goldwatch, mostly for music videos. He released a nice reel to see the kinds of shots he’s been pulling off in all his different videos.

Video Gamies.

Apparently they’re making a documentary on the history and evolution of video game culture. Check out the trailer below, it looks pretty damn interesting, but then again, this is coming from a gamer.

Heroic Desecration.

Superheroes

Through the use of spray paint and some creativity, some vandal has turned a heroic monument into a SUPERheroic monument. I’m not quite sure how I feel about this, but in terms of creativity, its pretty damn awesome.

Kids and Guns.

Another catch-up post, but here’s a music video for IS TROPICAL’s THE GREEKS. Honestly I don’t even know if the group is IS TROPICAL or THE GREEKS. The video is a great take on rotoscoped footage and features some kids getting shot. Its not as bad as it sounds, I promise. Its quite entertaining. HA.

Skulls and Apes.

Skulls

A Bathing Ape aka BAPE is collaborating with one of my favorite window shopping brands, mastermind JAPAN. There’s a few pieces that I really want and especially with my recent obsession with crewneck sweaters, I need that crewneck. The capsule collection hits BAPE stores October 19. Check the link below for the full collection.

Stop Those Dunnies.

Kidrobot and Swatch recently collaborated on a few watches and have now released a stop-motion promo for the collection.

A B C D.

I’m just going to keep it simple because there’s really not that much to explain. CHECK OUT THIS REALLY COOL VIDEO OF THE ALPHABET BY n9ve. :)

Blood Splatter Oranges.

An obviously Saul Bass-inspired intro animation for the show, Dexter, comes to us from Ty Mattson. This is an amazing remake of the classic intro for the show played with the same music. The new season starts next week! YAY!
